According to the design spirit of the flower pattern, we must first determine which printing process to adopt. Since the printing methods used are different from those of dyes, auxiliaries and pastes, there is a difference in the way of selection.

The artificial color painted, and the line line line, to borrow, cover printing reasonable consideration, strictly control the size, blank size and contour line size. Fine pattern of flower arrangement requirements, uniform, flower type slim, so the whole picture as long as a short, it will affect the overall effect of printing, so between color and color must be reasonable treatment.

The contour size, blank size and size distribution control, according to the structure and thickness of fabric flower type structure and size, color and the selection of circular mesh level and other factors, in general, asked not to take hold, but the large surface of the block pattern, in disperse dye printing using the process of reactive dyes, and should take into account the overflow slurry factors, can shrink to about 0.02mm; high accuracy pattern, because of the high net to round net, shrank by 0.01 -0.015mm.

Belongs to the geometry flower pattern, suitably uses the computer color separation plate making system. Special attention is paid to computer color separation of the film, the circumference of the film must be consistent with the circumference of the nickel screen, so as not to cause dislocation, dislocation, and seriously affect the fineness of the pattern.

The moire, ink stains, watermark pattern on the level of special class full, generally used to describe the combination of computer and artificial color is appropriate, or entirely artificial description, or combined with the traditional process method to deal with.  Because some difficult patterns rely entirely on computer color separation, there are still difficulties, and some of the content and means are not capable of computer color separation.

Influence factors of plate quality including round billet net cleaning, photosensitive glue and glue thickness uniformity, exposure time etc..

(1) earnestly round net round operation. When the round mesh is coated with photosensitive glue, the drying time can not be too long, and the initial polymerization and solidification of the glue will be prevented from plugging the mesh.

(2) when preparing photosensitive glue, control the dosage of various chemicals, and grasp the consistency of photosensitive liquid.

At present, the market supply of photosensitive adhesive, in the development process, there are fog like fall off and sheet fall in two cases. When the photoresist is in flake shape, the shape of the flower pattern is carved out to produce a "sawtooth" effect. The printed lines are not clear and smooth, and the fine flower style is lost. Therefore, the photosensitive adhesive which leaves in fog shall be used.

For fine printing, the sensitive layer on the nickel net is thinner. The thinner photosensitive layer makes the moire pattern rich in layers and makes the fine lines clear and full. If more than a certain thickness, the photosensitive layer of the deep can not cure, such as excessive curing, will form a phenomenon of degumming.  Therefore, before the coating is applied, the distilled water or alcohol is diluted, and dipped with a glass rod to absorb the photosensitive adhesive, so it is suitable to flow in a continuous fine line.

Domestic JR105 1 and a JR107 cylinder photoresist, suitable for high mesh screen photosensitive plate.

(3) temperature of coating machine coating frictioning liquid velocity and the cylinder should be appropriate, generally painted frictioning liquid at 10--I2cm/min speed, maximum speed of not more than 15cm/min. The temperature of the circle net is controlled at 40-5090. The speed of fine pattern gluing shall be 8 to one 9cm/min.

(4) developing after impregnation 20min about 40 of a 50 DEG C hot water in developing horizontal groove, the unexposed layer extruded and soluble, finally with a brush has expanded but not completely off the film. This ensures the clarity of the mesh and ensures that the printing paste is passed smoothly to the fabric.

Exposure is also the key to making fine patterns. Practice has proved that for fine lines, exposure times are not enough, photosensitive glue solidification is not strong, too many times, the line development difficult, fine line exposure control in 4 times is appropriate.
